SHIPPING

We ship with only in the Continental United States. We will ship your products either by Fed-ex Ground or UPS Ground and actual delivery time will vary according to your zone. In most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed. Heavy or over sized items will incur an additional shipping charge per box. When the product is shipped you will receive an e-mail with your shipper and tracking number information. Please allow three business days for your information to appear. You may select Order Tracking from the left. After entering your order number you will receive your shipper and waybill number.

Want to know a quick way for a price on shipping? Simply go to your shopping cart with your selected item by clicking Add to Cart, and select the Check Out button. This will bring you to the shipping page. Enter in your shipping information, and click the Next button. The next page is your price quote page for shipping. You do not have to place your order. TAXES

NauticalDecorandGift.com does not charge sales tax for orders placed outside of California. If you order within the state of California, you will be charged an additional 7.25% for sales tax, except Orange County residents 7.75%

RETURN POLICY

We do accept returns upon authorization within 30 days from the date of shipment only if the merchandise has some manufacturing defect and in the original packing. An item cannot be returned and a refund will not be made unless it is pre-approved and assigned an authorization number. We want you to be happy with your purchase from NauticalDecorandGift.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service department and we will make it right. Please include your order confirmation number with your request. Your order confirmation number can be found on your printed receipt or on the confirmation email you received when you placed your order. For any damages during the transit the claim shall be made directly with the carrier-FedEx or UPS. For any other reasons there will be a 15% restocking fee. Please ship the item prepaid to the address on your shipping label. Returns must be in the original box with a note stating the problem.
